Portobello (Agaricus Bisporus) are one of the most popular gourmet mushrooms - you certainly won't struggle to find a good recipe to include them in.. and just think about all that showing-off you can do when you've grown them yourself!

- Chlorhexidine Alcohol Wipe (70% IPA)
If you need to store your cultures for a while, they are best kept refrigerated.
