The Yellow Morel mushroom is not as well known as black morel, but is just as delicious and in our opinion - even more beautiful!

Morels are a favourite for those passionate about mushrooms around the world.Β Their amazing honeycombed cap is even more striking on the yellow morel and can make it a bit easier to spot in the wild (morel mushrooms are infamous for how difficult they are to find on mushroom hunts!).
Not only are they fantastic to look at and eat, they are also extremely rich in nutrients - containing iron, vitamin D, zinc, vitamin B5, fiber, potassium, protein - and have so many antiviral and antioxidant qualities.
It's really wonderful when something as beautiful as this from the natural world is also so rewarding for our health - a true gift from Mother Nature.
