These are reviews from the Cusrev platform we used for a while. The Trustpilot ones are lost (there were some absolute crackers on there as well). If you are looking for the stinker reviews, don't worry there are some in here - you get to see me taking things to heart a bit too much (I used to be someone who took everything personally, before I learned to chill the F out).

There were issues with the Cusrev plugin for a while where customer responses to something we said went into a black hole and never appeared on our site. These weren't us ignoring reviews. As we have since built a review system, we have discovered replies from customers we genuinely didn't see which kind of look pretty bad for us. But in the interest of full transparency, so you guys know we aren't hiding anything, you can see them. As we said "stinkers included" honesty.

The guides are very well made and the grow kits are made so that you actually understand each stage of the growing process and learn how mycelium actually works. It can take you from 0 to an experienced and knowledgeable grower.

Amazing support and very understanding with the order timings. I loved that you were very responsive and even delivered quicker when needed. The guides are very well made and the grow kits are made so that you actually understand each stage of the growing process and how mycelium actually works. Also, the DYI incubator is great. work great but i think the tubs are a little weak, or im a oath, but i cracked them a little.

Thanks for the reviews! Hmm.. Not really sure about the cracking, we've not really had that feedback before as far as I can remember. Where you trying to break up colonised grain when it cracked? If you could send us an email about it with a picture it will help me get a better idea of what might have went wrong. If it ruined your grow, we'll replace 'em 🙂
