Gourmet culture syringe producers can't test every syringe they sell. A few pounds for a TestKit gives you the means to verify your own gourmet mushroom cultures before risking your substrate.
Choose between Grain (for syringes) or Agar (for swabs). And here's the clever bit: successful tests double as live culture syringes. The mycelium that grows out from a clean test can be injected directly into a grow kit which we demonstrate in the photos below.

Please note; the following pictures show live agar culture being produced with the assistance of a laminar flow hood, you aaaabsolutely do not need one in this hobby to achieve 90-95% success rates - a cheap plastic Ikea tub with arm-holes cut in it will do you just fine (aka Still-air Box / SAB).
We now sell lids with laser-cut arm-holes so you can attach them to 'Samla' tubs from Ikea.

I'm intentionally doing the following procedure with bare hands to prove a point, that a 'risky' procedure can be done with without worry if you're a careful. Just ignore the £7K flowhood in the background and imagine I'm working inside plastic SAB!
